The following updates are provided by Makar Properties, LLC to inform the Belterra Community on the status of the Belterra Commercial Development:

• Makar Properties is currently working with the City of Dripping Springs to finalize a Development Agreement for the commercial tract. The Development Agreement establishes entitlements for the property, development standards, and land use controls that will ensure a quality mixed use development.

• The Development Agreement will be heard by City Council on July 14, 2009 and August 11, 2009 at the Dripping Springs City Hall. The Development Agreement package will be available at City Hall for review or to request copies.

• The Development Agreement will be heard by the City Planning & Zoning Commission on July 28, 2009 at the Dripping Springs City Hall.

• A revised Concept Plan (Exhibit 1) has been completed, which shows the proposed roadway infrastructure, parcel sizes, land uses, set backs, buffers, and anticipated development type and size.

• End Users have not be established for the Commercial Development.

• Market conditions will dictate the timing for construction of the project, therefore a start date has not been established.
